Working with The Watercress Company

We are in a very fortunate position to be developing our business and therefore recruiting new talent.

Over the years we have learnt to look beyond direct experience and build on natural staff ability as in reality there are only so many people that already know how to grow watercress or baby leaf salads! We focus on looking for the right characters first and then dedicate time and energy into training and personal development to get the result we need.

Our staff retention is excellent and we enjoy developing our teams to achieve personal and business goals.

We list our available positions below as they come available but it is always worth contacting us if you would like us to consider you for future positions.

There is a season staff requirement every year from April till October so if you are looking for a season job it is definitely worth contacting us with your details.

We have a company vision which gives you an idea of how we go about our business in four simple stages:

  • Develop new innovations that will improve quality, service, sales, and most importantly add value for our customers.
  • Communicate our passion for development and dedication to be the very best at what we do.
  • Build trusted relationships throughout our business and ensure all members of staff are suitably challenged, motivated to succeed and then rewarded for their efforts.
  • Provide sustainable investment by ensuring we always have a measurable benefit to all improvements.
