Meet Lee.

Lee, a man who works the land.

Our salad leaves are top notch thanks to him as he supports a team of 25 staff who start at the crack of dawn daily, harvesting our luscious leaves that are sent from Dorset throughout the UK.

When he’s not here, normally Lee’s out gigging with his band.

He’s a bit of a hardcore rockstar and a legend with his guitar.

We’re just debating whether it’s a beard or a goatee…
